Associate, Real Estate
We are seeking an Associate for our Real Estate practice with a minimum of 2 years PQE. The role involves advising clients on real estate transactions, including conveyancing, licensing, and redevelopment. The ideal candidate should have strong drafting and negotiation skills, along with experience in regulatory compliance related to real estate matters.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate real estate agreements, including sale deeds, licence agreements, lease agreements, and development agreements.

Advise clients on property transactions, due diligence, title verification, and regulatory approvals.

Assist in structuring real estate investments and joint development arrangements.

Liaise with government authorities, including registration offices and municipal corporations, for regulatory compliance.

Stay updated on laws related to real estate and property taxation.
Qualifications & Experience

LLB from a recognised university.

Minimum 2 years PQE in real estate transaction advisory, conveyancing, and redevelopment projects.

Strong understanding of property laws, RERA compliance, and land title due diligence.

Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
