Our services also include ensuring that corollary instruments such as nominations and banking instructions are harmonised with the testamentary disposition to avoid contradictions and potential disputes.

Advisory on Probates & Execution of Wills
We advise and assist executors appointed under Wills in obtaining Probates and transmitting assets to beneficiaries. Our lawyers regularly appear before the testamentary division of the Bombay High Court.
